ABOUT THE DUNN DEAL

Carolyn and Jim Dunn met in a rock band in 1975 and have been playing music together since then. Jim plays electric & acoustic guitar, and Carolyn plays electric and upright bass. John Danaher joins us on drums for parties, clubs and dances.

We play songs you will want to sing along with and dance to from 50's to now. We perform pop, rock, blues, country, and folk songs. The Dunn Deal has played at:
many parties, Osteen Diner, Kojak's Ribhouse, Earth Day at Oscar Scherer State Park, Lake County Folk Festival, Snook Haven, The Florida Opry, Sarasota Folk Festival, Olivia's Coffee House, Cortez FISH Festival, Southwest Florida Heritage Festival, The Skinny Pancake, Florida Folk Night at Old Key West, The Will McLean Music Festival, The Sarasota Sailing Squadron, Barberville Music Festival, Florida Folk Festival, Pine Castle Pioneer Days, Myakka River State Park, Pine View School, and several restaurants, clubs and coffeehouses in Florida, Vermont, New York and North Carolina.

Jim Dunn - He's our resident hippie! Jim started playing guitar in high school, went to Woodstock, and has played drums and guitar in many bands in Chestertown, NY; Alfred, NY; Rochester, NY; Burlington, VT and Venice, FL.

Carolyn Dunn - Carolyn plays electric and upright bass. She started playing guitar and singing on stage at age eight, and picked up the bass at age twelve. She enjoys all genres, and often plays with rock, folk, country and jazz bands.

John Danaher - John has drummed for several bands playing a wide variety of music. He brings absolute enthusiam to every project, and has one of the steadiest beats in Flordia!
